I was about 11 and it was about 1978 when I joined a local branch (Szolnok) of the so called TIT (Society for Popularisation of Science) in Hungary. Later I became a Chemist and only returned to Astronomy in 2000 when my son was 10 years old as I felt I had to share my passion with him.

Currently, the images shown under the gallery were taken with the equipment in our first observatory between 2016 and 2018. We moved to Brighton in 2019 and thus lost our beloved observatory. But then we moved back to Worthing and this time we designed a roll-off roof observatory made of sandwich panels (steel-foam-steel). Images taken in
